The purpose of these Terms is to define the terms and conditions for the provision of the services of the NanoThumbnail website and the conditions of use of the service by the User.
NanoThumbnail is a Graphical User Interface (GUI) allowing interaction with Artificial Intelligence models (notably via Replicate) to generate images (YouTube thumbnails).
Access to the interface is free, but image generation requires a personal API key provided by a third party (Replicate), the use of which may be paid.
The User is solely responsible for the confidentiality of their Replicate API key. They agree not to use a key obtained fraudulently.
The User is solely responsible for the texts (prompts) entered and the images generated. They agree not to use the service to generate illegal, hateful, defamatory, pornographic content, or content infringing on the rights of third parties.
NanoThumbnail is provided "as is". The Editor does not guarantee that the service will be free from anomalies or errors, nor that the site will function without interruption (particularly in the event of a Replicate API outage).
The Editor is not responsible for fees charged by Replicate or any other third-party API provider used via the interface. The user acknowledges that they must settle these fees directly with the provider concerned.
Depending on the current conditions of the AI models used, and subject to Replicate's Terms, the images generated by the User via NanoThumbnail generally belong to them, allowing for commercial use (YouTube, social networks). However, it is the User's responsibility to verify the specific conditions of the model used (Google Nano Banana Pro).
The Editor reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The User is invited to consult them regularly.
